Supreme Pizza in Falmouth next to the Teaticket plaza on 28 has some fantastic pies! Greek style pizza right to the crust, perfectly bubbly and cheesy pizza. 10/10 would recommend! They also have a bevy of healthy items and a wide range of options on the menu.
We just spent a week in Falmouth and made sure to visit our favorite corner eatery! We were introduced to Supreme when it was advertised at a CCBL game! What a hidden gem! Excellent pizza, subs, salads and pasta dishes! The staff members are kind and helpful! The owner is comical and very personable! Make sure to add them to your list of restaurants! You will be glad you did!

Looove Supreme pizza! Our go to for pizza delivery. The veg pizza is LOADED with fresh veg. I always get it without cheese and extra sauce. My family gets all kinds of crazy stuff and we always get a free coke or something else. Great delivery - quick and reliable.
It was easy to order exactly what I wanted on my sub online. The delivery man was so nice! My Italian sub was delicious! My husband got spaghetti with many meatballs. He said it was very good. We were very happy with our meals.
This review compares the qualities of Supreme to almost all of the pizza places in the Upper Cape. We grew up on Bar Room pizza and couldn't find any when moved here. Then we found Supreme!!! Manga! Their sandwiches, subs are great too. The place is very clean. The staff are exceptionally polite. This is not a fancy place. It's a pizza shop with some Greek foods tossed in. Try it, you'll like it.
Drove all the way from the North Shore with our football team asked for a delivery for our team... didnt even need to go get pizzas and miss any of the game they put them right on the bus for us! We love Supreme pizza thank you so much!!!
Alright, I ordered a chicken parm calzone, but I didn't get no stinkin calzone. What I got was a delicious doughy base COVERED in hearty pizza goop then LAYERED in a THICC blanket of stringy cheese. It wasn't a calzone in any definition of the word, but good lord that thing was good. My girl and I destroyed this thing. One tip tho, the cheese blanket was so absolutely THICC, I felt it needed its own seasoning. I sprinkled garlic salt over the top of the whole thing and MOMMA MIA it made me do that thing where you make all your fingertips touch on one hand.
